We want you to love everything you get from Lavender Shores—but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help!

Returns for Refund

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a full refund to your original form of payment.

Returns for Store Credit

If it’s been between 31–60 days, no worries—you can still return your item(s) for a partial store credit.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in like-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original tags or packaging when possible.

• We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear or damage.
